Refuse To Receive The Goods

Order Cancellation

  2. Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment.

Returns &Exchanges Policy

  1. Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.
  2. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging,ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
  3. Customer needs to contact us at contact@vivonu.com for RMA Number before return. Any return without RMA Number may be rejected.
  4. After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product back to us and following the instruction from our customer service. 
  5. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and all incurred fees.
  6. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  7. The mailing address will be provided by email after submitting the application.
