Reurn & Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
- Please contact us at contact@vivonu.com if you decide to cancel the order.
- Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment.
Returns Policy
- Purchase can be returned within 15 days from the delivered date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging,ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- In the case of returning a product with an obvious problem or defect, you will need to send us pictures that clearly show the problem or defect.
- Customer needs to contact us at contact@vivonu.com for RMA Number before return. Any return without RMA Number may be rejected.
- After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product back to us and following the instruction from our customer service.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and all incurred fees.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
- The mailing address will be provided by email after submitting the application.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return
- Final sale products and clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products whose packaging is damaged or has been opened.
Exchanges
- Exchanges can be made within 15 days from the date of shipment.
- The product needs to have an obvious problem or defect to request an exchange.
- Customer needs to contact us at contact@vivonu.com for RMA Number before exchange. Any exchange without RMA Number may be rejected.
- After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product back to us and following the instruction from our customer service.
- We will cover the cost of exchange shipping and all related expenses.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
- The mailing address will be provided by email after submitting the application.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- If you have not receive the refund within 7 business days, please contact us at contact@vivonu.com as soon as possible.
